The collection introduces two silk scarves that explore makeup’s temporary nature and its potential for permanence, while celebrating the artistry and transformative vision of drag culture. The makeup looks were first created on skin, then gently pressed onto makeup wipes to capture their ghostly imprints. The wipes were then re-created in silk, preserving the artistry and intimacy of a makeup ritual in a permanent, wearable form. Each scarf is crafted from 100% silk and finished with hand-rolled edges in Lake Como, Italy, reflecting Paloceras’ commitment to design, quality, and craft.
