Position overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join the Paloceras team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions across various platforms. The ideal candidate not only brings a wealth of experience but is also comfortable navigating the unknown and can independently drive initiatives with a proactive approach.    

Responsibilities

  • Landing Pages: Design visually appealing and high-converting landing pages to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Online Store Design & Product Pages: Develop and design product pages and other visual elements for our e-commerce store, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly and converting.
  • B2B Sales Materials: Craft visually interesting and appealing sales materials for our B2B clients
  • Marketing Materials: Design customer-facing marketing materials including newsletters, ad banners, social media graphics, and more.
  • Visual PR: Create visual content for PR purposes, ensuring our brand is represented consistently and professionally across all media.
  • Other visual materials needed from time to time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in landing pages, product pages, and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and go-getter attitude and ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of web design principles and experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
