In 2025, Paloceras opened a dedicated MicroFactory in Helsinki. A production space built specifically for made-to-order sunglasses using advanced 3D printing technology.

At Paloceras, 3D printing is not a shortcut. It is a tool for doing more, not less. Every frame goes through precise hand finishing in our Helsinki atelier before it reaches your boutique.

All MicroFactory products use high-definition DLP and produced in liquid resin with structural precision and futuristic clarity. Certified ISO 12870 and tested under ASTM D4329. Frames made in Finland. Divel nylon lenses made in Italy.

3D printed sunglasses are built layer by layer from a digital file — giving designers freedom over geometry that traditional manufacturing simply cannot achieve. The result is eyewear with sharper shapes, more expressive proportions and forms that exist nowhere else.

All pieces are made-to-order and can be ordered by request with 1 week lead time.

3D PRINTED EYEWEAR WITH A STRONG DESIGN IDENTITY

The MicroFactory shortens the design-to-production cycle from twelve months to two weeks, allowing for rapid iteration and prototyping. Structure, proportion and colour can be adjusted between one piece and the next.

This is creativity at scale. But creation happens with intention, not excess. By keeping modelling, printing and finishing local, we eliminate unnecessary transport and gain full oversight of quality, energy use and material behaviour.

It opens the possibility to create on demand and cater to individual needs through bespoke concepts and collaborations.
