NEXORIS
Inspired by amphibian anatomy, Nexoris is Paloceras's most creature-like frame yet. An oversized brow references the broad skull of a frog; articulated temples and protruding nosepads give it a charged, ready-to-leap character.

Nexoris is built using DLP 3D printing — a process that uses UV-light to cure liquid resin into precise, complex shapes that traditional manufacturing simply can't produce. This freedom from conventional tooling is what makes a frame like Nexoris possible in the first place.
The resin itself was originally developed for dental and surgical applications, adapted here to achieve an acetate-like satin finish. Every frame is then smoothed and assembled by hand, entirely in-house, keeping the distance between idea and object as short as possible.
