What you will do
- Customer support. Assist with inquiries and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- B2B sales and logistics. Support wholesale operations and order fulfillment.
- Invoicing and admin. Keep records tight and operations smooth.
- Process development. Build better workflows and find smarter ways of working.
- Other supporting tasks. Depending on your skills, you might dip into marketing, partnerships, or design.
Who you are
- Studying or have a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English. French or Italian is a plus.
- Organized and solution-driven with an analytical mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments and able to keep things in check.
- Interested (= running in your veins) in fashion, e-commerce, and operations.
- Based in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
