Our unique blend of technology and design sets us apart. We are now looking for a Content Creation Lead to join our team and drive the next phase of our journey.

Position overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Content Creation Lead to spearhead our Content initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our content efforts from A to Z especially across social media channels - Instagram, Tiktok, Snap among others. You are both a creative mind who knows what it takes to grow an engaged audience on social media these days, and also a numbers-driven individual who can analyse and understand which of our content efforts are bringing in the results. The ideal candidate not only brings a wealth of experience but is also comfortable navigating the unknown with a proactive approach.  

Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's long-term goals and pinpoint growth impediments related to content.
  • Lead content creation efforts from A to Z across various social media channels: Instagram, Tiktok, Snap etc.
  • Connect the dots between in-house and outsourced content creation efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Report on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Paloceras at the forefront of the fashion-tech landscape.

Requirements

  • Strong experience and a proven track record in content creation in the fashion industry, preferably within early stage companies.
  • A creative individual who is able to plan a content calendar from a strategic point of view and also execute on the content calendar by creating short-form videos, carousel posts etc. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions by continuously improving the published content.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Passion for fashion, technology, and innovation.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and go-getter attitude. You might not have all the answers, but you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty in finding them.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
